Rubber Ram Extruder, JYZ Series
Suitable for the production of electrically conductive silicone rubber tubing & strips
The JYZ series rubber ram extruder is specially designed to produce silica gel conductive tubes and conductive strips. This rubber extruder uses a ram to extrude the rubber, with a heating ring placed in front of the die to conduct vulcanization while extruding. When two of these rubber extruders are used at once, materials can be combined to create a composite double-material tube with both conductive and non-conductive adhesives. In order to ensure consistent quality control, extrusion speed is managed through precise quantifying.

- Retractable Conveyor
At the beginning, the weight of the rubber blanks will vary. When the desired accuracy has been achieved, press the button to start the conveyor and utilize the touch screen to accurately distinguish between qualified and non-qualifying rubber blanks by counts.

Cut-to-length system combines light sensing with cutter to control the length of the rubber strips. This technique is largely utilized for the purpose of filtration and cutting of silica gel mixed rubber, which is further used in injection machines.

The rear-end of the device is designed for feeding, so the ram head doesn't need to be opened. No residual materials in the ram head need to be taken out either, resulting in a lower labor intensity and increased production efficiency, perfect for mass production.
